DATA RETENTION: We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
AGE REQUIREMENTS AND PARENTAL CONSENT: The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use the Services. MONETIZATION: The Services are currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future, we will update these Terms and notify users in advance. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
We will provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services you are using. The modified Legal Terms will become effective upon posting or notifying you by customersupport@faithprayerbase.com, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any changes, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
